Musichool OΓ (hereinafter referred to as "Musichool") hereby informs its users through this Disclosure Text regarding the collection methods, dissemination, processing and extensions of personal data transmitted through Musichool's website at www.musichool.co/tr, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as the "Law").
The data subject (relevant person) hereby declares that they have been informed regarding the processing of their personal data through this text.

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, Musichool holds the capacity of data controller within the scope of personal data processing activities on its website at www.musichool.co/tr, in line with the matters to be explained below.

Personal data may be processed based on the legal grounds set forth in Article 5 of the Law, provided that all necessary information security measures are taken and the data is not used beyond the purposes and scope specified in this disclosure text; it shall be stored during the legal retention period and for the duration required by the processing purpose, and shall be destroyed in accordance with the Law and relevant legislation and company procedures at the end of the period required by the processing purpose or upon the request of the data subject.
In accordance with the Law, Musichool ensures that personal data is:
Processed in compliance with the law and the rules of good faith, accurate and up-to-date, for specific, clear and legitimate purposes, related to the purposes for which they are processed, proportionate and limited, with due regard to the time limitations set forth in the relevant legislation or necessary for the purposes for which they are processed, and the necessary audits are carried out for this purpose. Careful attention is paid to ensuring that data is processed for the duration prescribed by the relevant legislation or for the duration necessary for the purpose for which it is processed, and the necessary audits are carried out for this purpose. Musichool exercises the utmost care regarding data privacy and takes all necessary technical, administrative and legal measures to protect personal data.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data shall be processed verbally, in writing or electronically, within the framework permitted by the Law and for the purposes listed below.
i. Taking necessary steps regarding the making, implementation and execution of commercial decisions by Musichool,
ii. The most accurate performance of the service offered on Musichool's website in accordance with the executed contract,
iii. Planning, auditing and execution of information security processes in order to protect trade secrets and ensure data security by Musichool,
iv. Conducting customer relations and satisfaction in compliance with legislation,
v. Development of mechanisms for music and sounds and the creation and management of related technological infrastructures,
vi. Establishment and protection of Intellectual and Industrial Property rights,
vii. Development of educational platforms and video technologies,
viii. Execution of communication activities,
ix. Musichool's full and proper fulfillment of its obligations arising from contracts and legislation,
x. Evaluation and response to suggestions, requests, complaints and fault notifications submitted to Musichool, and carrying out improvement activities in accordance with such notifications,
xi. Providing information about current campaigns and promotions,
xii. Verification of user information,
xiii. Monitoring of finance and accounting affairs.
Sharing Personal Data with Third Parties
Our company may transfer your personal data to other relevant persons or institutions only in accordance with the data processing conditions and purposes specified above, based on the legal grounds stated above, provided that adequate measures are taken within the framework of the security and confidentiality principles specified in the Law, and within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
Musichool will share your personal information with instructors with whom it has agreements within the scope of the educational service provided to you, and with third parties carrying out cargo and transportation activities based on your order. Your identity and contact data will be transferred to our suppliers pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2, subparagraph (c) of the Law for the performance of the contract executed with you, and will be immediately destroyed upon the termination of the data processing purpose or upon your request.
Additionally, upon request, your personal data may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2, subparagraphs (d) and (e) of the Law.
Your Rights as a Data Subject
Subject to the exceptions regulated in Article 28 of the Law, within the framework of Article 11 of the Law, as a personal data subject, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information if your personal data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the Law,
- Request notification of the operations carried out pursuant to subparagraphs (e) and (f) above to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to the processing of your personal data in violation of the Law.
It is important that the information/data you share with Musichool is accurate and has been correctly transmitted to us, as this is significant in terms of exercising your rights. You are required to notify us in the event of any change in your personal data. Responsibility arising from the provision of incorrect or erroneous information belongs to the party who transmitted the information/data to Musichool.

Following your application, Musichool will conclude the application free of charge within the legal period of 30 days. In cases where additional cost calculation is required to fulfill your requests, Musichool reserves the right to charge 1 Turkish Lira per page for written responses exceeding 10 pages, and the cost of the recording medium in cases where a response is provided on media such as CDs or flash drives.
Furthermore, Musichool reserves the right to make changes to this disclosure text due to changes that may occur in the Law and new methods or regulations that may be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
