MUSICHOOL
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If you place an order by approving the Distance Sales and Service Agreement through the website www.musichool.co/tr belonging to Musichool Oร (hereinafter referred to as "Musichool"), we hereby inform you that you have the right to cancel and request a refund for the products or services you have ordered within the scope of these terms. In this context, the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation, and other applicable legislation shall apply. The cancellation and refund terms for orders placed through Musichool's website shall be regulated under two separate headings: product sales and educational services.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
If the Buyer fails to pay the product or service fee, or if the payment is cancelled by the bank, or if the payment cannot be processed for any reason, Musichool's obligation to deliver the product or provide the service shall terminate.
If force majeure events that Musichool could not foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time or the training cannot take place on the scheduled date, the Buyer shall be notified of this situation. The Buyer may request the cancellation of the order or training, the replacement of the product with a similar one for delivery, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the order or training is cancelled and the payment was made in cash, the fee shall be refunded to the Buyer in cash within 14 days from the date the cancellation notice reaches Musichool.
PRODUCT SALES
- Shipping costs for product delivery shall be paid by the Buyer.
- Each purchased product shall be sent to the address indicated by the Buyer and delivered to the person or institution representative designated by the Buyer, provided that the thirty (30) day legal period is not exceeded. Otherwise, the Buyer has the right to terminate the agreement.
- If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, Musichool shall notify the Buyer in writing within 3 days of learning of this situation and shall refund the total amount to the Buyer within 14 days.
- The purchased product must be delivered in full and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
- The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the product purchased through Musichool's website to themselves or to the person or institution at the designated address, without bearing any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, provided that they notify Musichool through the contact information stated in the Distance Sales and Service Agreement and Article 4.3, send the invoice (if the invoice is corporate, a return invoice must be issued), and deliver the product undamaged. The Buyer accepts that they shall be responsible for the cost of returning the product even if they exercise their right of withdrawal. Additionally, the product must not be among the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised" as specified in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
- The Buyer is obligated to return the product to Musichool or to the person/institution authorized by Musichool within 10 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal. The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with its box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any. Musichool is also obligated to refund the total amount and documents that put the Buyer under obligation within fourteen (14) days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notice reaches them, and to accept the return of the goods within this period.
- If a decrease in the value of the goods occurs due to a reason attributable to the Buyer, or if the return becomes impossible, Musichool reserves the right not to accept the product return. However, Musichool may also exercise its elective right to demand that the Buyer compensate for the damage caused to the product in proportion to their fault.
- If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution during the return process. Order returns with invoices issued in the name of corporations cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
- If the campaign threshold amount set by Musichool is dropped below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount utilized within the scope of the campaign shall be cancelled.
SERVICE PROVISION
- Since the educational services offered on the website www.musichool.co/tr by Musichool are services that are instantly performed electronically, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the Buyer pursuant to subparagraph (g) of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
- If the Buyer registers for any of the training courses containing live seminars (Webinars) offered on the website www.musichool.co/tr, they are obligated to notify Musichool's contact addresses specified in Article 4.3 and the Distance Sales and Service Agreement at least 24 hours before the date and time the training is to be provided in order to cancel the registration. Otherwise, the Buyer accepts that the training fee shall not be refunded.
- If the Buyer registers for any of the pre-recorded training courses offered on the website www.musichool.co, they are obligated to notify Musichool's contact addresses specified in Article 4.3 and the Distance Sales and Service Agreement within 24 hours from the time of purchase in order to cancel the registration. Otherwise, the Buyer accepts that the training fee shall not be refunded.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the return of the product or products may be carried out by sending them to the following address belonging to Musichool.

To notify Musichool within the scope of these terms, the following contact information of Musichool shall be used. The Buyer accepts that notifications made to an address other than the contact addresses listed below shall have no legal validity.
