Cancellation and Refund Terms
If you place an order by approving the Distance Sales and Service Agreement through Musichool OÜ ("Musichool") website at www.musichool.co; we inform you that you have the opportunity to cancel and return the products or services you have ordered under these conditions. In this context, the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Regulation on Distance Contracts and other legislation provisions will apply. The cancellation and refund conditions for orders placed through the Musichool website will be regulated under two separate headings: products and educational services.
1. General Provisions
In case the buyer does not pay the product or service price, or the payment is cancelled by the bank, or the payment cannot be made for any reason; Musichool's obligation to deliver the product or provide the service shall end.
If force majeure circumstances that Musichool cannot foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time or the training cannot take place on the scheduled date, this situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order or training, the product to be replaced with a similar one, or the delivery to be postponed until the obstacle is removed. If the order or training is cancelled; if the payment was made in cash, this fee will be paid to the buyer in cash within 14 days from the date the cancellation notification reaches Musichool.
2. Product Sales
Shipping costs for product delivery will be paid by the buyer.
Each purchased product will be sent to the address indicated by the buyer and delivered to the person or institution official declared by the buyer, not exceeding the thirty (30) day legal period. Otherwise, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered complete and in accordance with the specifications stated in the order.
In case the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible; Musichool will notify the buyer of this situation in writing within 3 days from the date it learns of this situation and will refund the total amount to the buyer within 14 days.
2.1. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the product purchased from the Musichool website to themselves or to the person or institution at the address shown in the Musichool Distance Sales and Service Agreement, by sending the invoice and notifying through written communication information, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without showing any reason. The product must be delivered undamaged.
The buyer accepts that the return costs of the product will belong to them even if they exercise their right of withdrawal. Additionally, the product must not be one of the "Products for Which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used" listed in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
2.2. Return Process
The buyer is obliged to return the product to Musichool or to a person/institution authorized by Musichool within 10 days from the date of exercising the right of withdrawal. The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged with its box, packaging, and standard accessories if any.
Musichool is also obliged to refund the total amount and documents that put the buyer in debt to the buyer within fourteen (14) days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notification reaches them, and to receive the product back within this period.
If the value of the goods decreases due to the buyer's fault or if return becomes impossible; Musichool reserves the right not to accept product returns. However, Musichool may also optionally use the right to demand compensation in proportion to the damage caused by the buyer to the product.
If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution during the return phase. Order returns with invoices issued in the name of institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued.
If the campaign limit amount organized by Musichool falls below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount benefited within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.
3. Service Provision
Educational services offered by Musichool on the website with the www.musichool.co extension; since they are services performed instantly in electronic environment, the right of withdrawal cannot be used by the buyer in accordance with paragraph (ğ) of Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3.1. Live Seminars (Webinars)
If the buyer registers by selecting any of the trainings including live seminars (Webinar) offered on the website at www.musichool.co/tr; they are obliged to notify Musichool's written communication addresses at least 24 hours before the date and time of the training to cancel the registration. Otherwise, the buyer accepts that the training fee will not be refunded.
3.2. Recorded Trainings
If the buyer registers by selecting any of the previously recorded trainings offered on the website with the www.musichool.co extension; they are obliged to notify Musichool's written communication addresses within 24 hours from the moment of purchase to cancel the registration. Otherwise, the buyer accepts that the training fee will not be refunded.
4. Payment and Delivery Information
You can use Musichool's bank account via Bank Transfer or EFT. Please contact us for bank account information.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the return of the product or products can be made by sending to the address belonging to Musichool. Please contact us for address information.
5. Contact
You can use Musichool's official communication channels to make notifications to Musichool within the scope of these conditions. The buyer accepts that notifications made to an address other than the official communication addresses will not have any legal validity.
