Musichool ("Musichool") discloses the methods of collection, dissemination, political reasons, transfer, and extensions of personal data in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Law") via its website. Users of www.musichool.co/tr are informed through this Disclosure Text.
The data subject hereby declares that they have been informed about the processing of their personal data through this text.

In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, Musichool; within the scope of personal data processing activities on the website www.musichool.co, is the data controller as explained below.

Personal data may be processed based on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law, strictly for the purposes stated in this disclosure text and not for other purposes, with all necessary information security measures taken; stored for the legal retention period and as long as necessary for the processing purpose, and destroyed in accordance with the Law and relevant regulations after the end of the processing purpose or upon request of the data subject.
Musichool ensures that personal data are processed in accordance with the law and principles of honesty, accurately and up-to-date, for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes, relevant to the activities, in a proportional and segmented manner, considering the necessary retention periods. Identity and contact data may be shared with suppliers as required for contract execution (Article 5(2)(c)) and destroyed after the purpose is fulfilled or upon request.
Upon request, personal data may also be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations according to Article 5(2)(ç) and (e) of the Law.

It is important that the information/data shared with Musichool is accurate. The responsibility for incorrect or false data lies with the data provider. Changes in personal data must be reported to Musichool.
Application Method
Requests regarding personal data protection can be submitted to Musichool OÜ, Põhja-Tallinna linnaosa, Paavli tn 5a/1, 10412, Harju maakond, Tallinn, Estonia, or via email to info@musichool.co.
Following the application, Musichool will process the request within 30 days free of charge. For written responses exceeding 10 pages, 1 Turkish Lira per page may be charged, or the cost of CD/flash storage if responses are provided on such media.
Musichool reserves the right to update this disclosure text due to changes in the Law or new regulations set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
